Games Workshop are releasing a new vehicle for the Enforcers. Looks like it fits the Ash Wastes vibe nicely.
At least all of my Enforcers are painted, unlike the Van Saar gangers.
May have to add this to my shopping list.

Even though I have not yet painted my Van Saar gang yet, I am already eyeing up the new Arachni Rig.
I was going to buy the Forge World version but it was (a) expensive and (b) not in stock. As it turns out, I expect the Games Workshop plastic version to be (a bit) cheaper than the Forge World version and a plastic version will be easier to build than a resin model.
We had another go at my Stargrave “Escape From Babel” scenario, this time with the control room in the middle and the four ships positioned around it.
This was a bit quicker to play as the area was somewhat smaller than the first time we tried it.
I also had newly painted ships to add to the collection, which are just cheap Buzz Lightyear toys painted grey.
As before, the crews have to get the control room and download an access code to allow them to escape the planet in a stolen ship.
The control room gets a bit busy when the two crews arrive to get ship access codes, and mayhem ensues, which is the point.
The plan is to have a longer four player game on a larger table over Christmas with plenty of mince pies.
The latest MDF model I am working on is a World War II airfield control tower. This design is loosely based on an old Airfix model kit I built many decades ago as a kid…
I have to make a few tweaks to the design but generally the layout is what I want. There is plenty of room for models on the observation level and the first floor balcony.
I also plan to add some internal walls and stairs rather than just have large open spaces on the ground floor and first floor.
With the aircraft hangar and the security checkpoint recently designed, I will have enough for a complete airfield setup.
The carapace for the Leviathan Crusader was finished a few weeks ago to easily allow access to the battery and switch inside the torso.
With a few pins and a bit of glue, the two shoulder pads have been fitted to the central carapace.
A couple of magnets have also been added inside the carapace so some extra weapon options can be included.
The eye lights look good and I reckon they were worth the extra effort.
So when I actually opened the box, I found there were only 16 on sprue in the box along with an unopened lead command blister. Now the conundrum is that I could paint them up as 16 in the same pose is a bit less mind numbing…or they do go on eBay.
Maybe I will just put them back in the Loft Full Of Lead and think about it.
I don’t think I will be painting these. Not sure my brain can handle 30 models in the same pose!
For added firepower in any possible Old World Empire army, there are these two old boxes to consider.
I have never really had the need to get them painted until perhaps now.
Warhammer The Old World is due to come out in March 2024. The question is do I actually build and paint up some old Empire models or not?
I have completed some models in recent years for use in Oathmark, such as maxing out a unit of Greatswords to twenty and finishing off ten mounted Knights.
