Like most wargamers, many models accumulate in the loft gathering dust, neglected, unloved and unfinished. My loft is a fine example of such a place. Thirty years of models must be up there. A large number are unpainted. I am planning to use this blog to show how some, not all, but some will get completed. Of course there will always be new purchases and there will be conversion projects and scratch built projects.

The Loft Full of Lead is indeed a treasure trove of old models. I don’t even know what is up there any more, I keep finding stuff I had forgotten about.

I have been doing some tidying up recently, trying to organise stuff, group possible projects together and getting rid of stuff that will never be used.

eBay will be busy.

  1. I know enough about cats, lofts and models to suspect that at some point, probably in the middle of the night when you’re fast asleep, chaos will reign! But I hope not! Have just signed up to follow your blog and I obviously have some catching up to do!

  2. Ih man,
I’m a collector of confrontation orcs and I’m looking for some of your stuff… Do you sell it?
    Let me know
