All of the Meridian infantry models are finished, four squads with infantry support weapons and officers.
Each squad consists of six men, additional support weapons can be added as required.
There are actually too many to crew the Aeronef, so the spares will be going with the WWI tanks that will be steampunked up a bit. I have some suitable weapons to magnetise onto the main turret.
The next close up of my steampunk crew is of another Lead Adventures engineer model, this one armed with a hand cranked rotary gun. I really like the flat cap.
This Lead Adventures Engineer is a nice steampunk figure, armed with a massive spanner and equipped with a steam powered mechanical arm.
The boiler on his back has some detailed gauges and dials, not that he can read them very easily…
This Kickstarter delivered just before Christmas and I have nearly managed to complete all of the models. These are great sculpts by Andrew May and he has a whole set of steampunk rules in development for them.
For the time being, I will be using them as crew for my No Quarter Skyship and maybe as an Empire Of The Dead faction, somewhere in between the bobbies and a Gentlemens Club.
I hope that there will be some more models in the future, particularly hopeful that there will be some artillery pieces of some description.
Turns out this is a Heresy model after all. Armed with two heavy pistols, this guy kinda fits into my steampunk crew as well as a post apoc setting.

I picked up this Antenocitis Nova-Rus “Bear” 4×4 Jeep at Salute for use in my AT-43 UNA force as well as general sci-fi and near future (or past) games and maybe even Dust.
I wanted to make the weapon mount capable of taking lots of different weapons and so drilled and fixed 2mm magnets to all the bits. The weapon shown above is by Ground Zero Games and is perhaps a little big for a vehicle this size, but what the heck…

The first of my Empire of the Dead proxy models have actually been finished. There are a couple of Lead Adventures figures, a freebie sample figure from the Dystopian Wars range, a Privateer Press character, an old Citedal dwarf and another that is either Heresy or Hasslefree figure.
