A unit of heavy infantry support for the Grey Knights, block painted and then coated with Army Painter Dark Done dip.
Have nearly finished painting a second unit of Tank Hunters. To differentiate them from the first unit, I painted the shoulder pads a different colour and did a head swap with some spare AT-43 UNA heads.
I like the look of this unit, a twelve man standard infantry unit of US soldiers. I just need some standard Dust bases to mount some Bolt Action infantry on.
Or… the other option is to rebase the whole Allied army onto standard 25mm bases so they can mix and match with any other models, including all of my Secrets of the Third Reich force.
I decided to do a very basic paint job on the Pelican, I just added some silver to the engines, nose, wingtips and tail. The most detail went into cockpit, which is a shame really as it is not very visible with the canopy in place. Next comes the ink.
Here is a recently finished Allied Cobra with its rather useful phaser gun.
Recently, my game of choice has been Dust Warfare. After a trip to America, I picked up a large Allied force and actually got it all painted. I have had quite a few games and can say that I really like the Tank Busters and the British Commandos and Phasers.
