Chris Squire, one of the greatest bass players from one of my favourite bands. Thank you for the music.
This is the last batch of five Prussian Scrunt riflemen. Reckon that makes twenty in all, the core of the Prussian army.
Another of Bob Olley’s Prussian scrunts models, the Prussian supply Dachshunds dogs with their handler. I think these will be used as an extra medic.
Being a bit of a biker at heart, I really like any excuse to use bike style models in a game of something. So the Spartan Games Treadbikes and the Zinge Industries Tank Bikes were two models that were perfect for me, the Treadbikes to use with the Regency Army and the Tank Bikes to use with the Prussians.
I am not sure if I am going to base the Tank Bike yet, but the Treadbike definitely needs a stand for stability.
Feels like the home run now, the command unit is done, consisting of an Officer, a Standard Bearer and a Musician. I have printed some flags and I will fit one that seems most appropriate.
Also finished is a second medic.
The end is in sight, the Scrunt painting marathon is coming to an end. Here are the last of the heavy weapon models.
To make a slightly lighter weapon, I left the backpack off one.
The next two are with the usual steampunk backpack.
This is the last of my Prussian Scrunt engineers for the artillery units. One model is still missing a shell to carry around but I forgot to paint that bit.
I have decided that the cigar tip is too red and needs a tiny dab of yellow and orange. Funny how models look different when enlarged by a photograph.
